Without sufficient daily management, many managers just see performance
appraisal as a piece of assignment from HR department and do not treat
it
seriously. Don't make it as a trap for breaking trust with your staff
by unfair
or rash assessment.
In Management-Assessor Training (MAT), we would like to reinforce the
concept
of standard, logical thinking and share the common assessment tendency
via case study. Only IMC1 participants are eligible to join this training,
since IMC1 participants have been shared with daily management skills
such as daily feedback and observation, which are the keys led to
successful performance appraisal.

2. Business Manner Training (Cantonese) / 30th May

We are professional in providing training to corporate clients for
"Customer Service and Business Manner", which is always requested
by
Japanese companies.
This program design is supervised by the Managing Director of
Intelligence Hong Kong, Mr. Kurosaki, who is professional in staff
training in Japan, China and Hong Kong. And the Director of
Intelligence Hong Kong, Ms. Fanny Lau, is in-charge of this workshop.

3. HR Management: Related Ordinance
- What Frontline Managers/Supervisor should know?

Recently there are increasing numbers of HR issues happened in the
retail,
food & beverage, service industries, etc. in addition to other industries.
In most of the cases, managers or supervisors might be unfamiliar with
the legal obligations and breached the laws unintentionally. In addition,
formal training on human resources management may not be so popular
in the industries at this moment. And recently, Equal Opportunity Commission
has issued legal proceedings against a Japanese beauty salon for the

for an employee to achieve in a set period. Without thorough understanding
