Performance appraisal/performance management is identified as a key successful
factor for maintaining organization's human
capital value and human resources development. However, why it is common to
see ineffective performance appraisal in workplace,
leading to employees' dissatisfaction to the system, feeling injustice and frustration?
Fact based assessment with strong logic increases the acceptability of the appraisal result!
Without sufficient daily management,
many managers just see performance appraisal as a piece of assignment from HR
department
and do not treat it seriously. Donft make it as a trap for breaking trust with
your staff by unfair or rash assessment.
Key training concept:
In Management-Assessor Training (MAT), we would like to reinforce the concept
of standard, logical thinking and share the common
assessment tendency via case study. Only IMC1 participants are eligible to join
this training, since we believe IMC1 participants
have been shared with daily management skills such as daily feedback and observation,
which are the keys led to successful
performance appraisal.
