Understand your essential development point!
Here we come to IMC3, the third
phase of Intelligence Management Course, which is
concentratingon '360 degree Feedback Training'. Through IMC1 and IMC2 (former
MBC1, MBC2),
we take chance to share management fundamental knowledge and initiate an in-depth
thinking of management
issue via group discussion. In IMC3, we collect appraisal data from
participants' superiors,
subordinates and their owns anonymously. After analyzing these data, we provide
specific
training to participants based on the result.

strengths and development point. Let's set a plan and
discuss it together to reform yourself and achieve a breakthrough for your management
life!
IMC3 is going to be held as the following procedures.
1) As we are going to conduct an
appraisal survey for each IMC3 participant before the training,
therefore we set the deadline of enrolment will be on two weeks before training.
Enrolment is on the
first-come-first-serve basis. We would like to invite 3 to 8 people from the
participant's company
to join this survey.
2) An orientation meeting (about
20 minutes) will be held for explaining the way how to fill in the
questionnaire. We will invite team members of the IMC3 participant to attend.
We guaranteed that
those data collected will be treated anonymously.
3) After the orientation, we will
send out the appraisal form (questionnaire) in excel format via e-mail.
The deadline of collecting questionnaire will be varied from the date of enrolment.
4) The finished questionnaire will
be returned directly to our consultant and we guarantee the
confidentiality of your data.
5) The received questionnaire will
be analyzed and published in a report
as the similar format as below. We will pass this report to the IMC3 participants.
Based on the result,
we will facilitate our participant to make a plan for self-development.

Furthermore, as only participants
who attended both IMC1 and IMC2(former MBC1, MBC2) are eligible
to join this training, we
will take this training opportunity to review the content of IMC1 and IMC2
with each participant.
As the preparation for this training takes time, it would be appreciated for
your early application.
In addition, IMC3 is only for those
who has attended IMC1 and IMC2, therefore there should be two
registrations and the fee for IMC3 participant will automatically be set as
HK $1,200 per person (for SMC
Member) under our current volume discount rule.
