IMC2

IMC1 (former MBC1) is mainly focusing on management concept and a review of daily management task.
For IMC2, we are going to switch the focus to the perspective, thinking way and awareness of a Manager
via case study and group discussion. We aim at initiating an in-depth thinking of management towards
each daily task. Sharing the perspective, point of view and idea of different companies' managers is the main
advantage for Open Training Course. All the participants can share and study the optimal solution, way to
establish immediate and long-term countermeasures and any practical consideration together. Furthermore,
IMC1 is a refreshing time of basic management concept, while IMC2 provides chance to utilize it during
group discussion, which is also a good opportunity to review IMC1's content.

Enrolment will be accepted on first-come-first-served basis and confirmation of enrolment will be sent out by email within 3 working
days after we received your application. After email confirmation, debit note will be issued. Crossed cheque should be made payable
to Intelligence Hong Kong Ltd. Payment should be settled at least 7 days before the program commencement. Otherwise, we reserve
the right to cancel the enrolment.

CHANGE, CANCELLATION & REFUND

Fees are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 5 days before the program commencement.
