Spot Job

As a rule we do not use the "time charge system" employed by law firms. This means that we can give your inquiry our full attention.

A "lump sum offer" system based on a table of pre-determined charges applies for additional charges related to spot services on top of those services offered free of charge under annual contracts. This eliminates the uncertainties of not knowing how much a job will cost until afterwards.

You may also rest assured that work will not commence on any service you inquire about until your consent has been given.

- Procedure for spot services

  1. Inquiries about services required by your company are answered free of charge.
  2. Once your request has been carefully examined we will prepare a written quotation.
  3. If you wish to proceed, you are required to sign and return our written quotation together with a letter confirming acceptance of the quotation which we will give you.
  4. You will then be asked to pay a deposit (normally about 50% of the amount quoted).
  5. Work will commence when receipt of payment has been confirmed.
  6. The outstanding amount is due for payment once the job has been completed (or no later than one month after final drafts are submitted)
