Forms of contract

Contracts are generally in the form of an annual contract.

Renewal of contracts

Annual contracts are automatically renewed unless we receive notification that the contract is to be cancelled at least one month before its renewal date.

Termination of contracts before their expiry date

Contracts may be terminated at any time if one month's notice of termination is given. The only time this does not apply is during the first year of a contract when it may not be terminated.

Contract parties

Parties to contracts can be any form of incorporated company whether it is a company incorporated overseas, a branch office or a representative office. Furthermore, if you have an associated company at the same address as your offices, once a representative firm is designated to be party to the contract, a contract can be concluded on the basis of the total number of employees in all associated companies.

Settlement method for payments

Payments are generally made on a monthly basis. Quarterly payments or lump-sum annual payments are also accepted but no special discounts will be offered.

Settling payments

Monthly payments should be made by the end of each month for the following month. Payments other than in monthly installments are also required to be made "in advance".

Group discount system

A group discount system will be offered to groups of associated companies applying for joint membership. Further details are available upon request.

- Contract Fees
-
  • Monthly payments are fixed according to the number of employees at the time the contract is concluded (Japanese expatriate do not have to be included)
  • A minimum of HK$1,500 per month will be charged in the case of newly formed companies (companies which have been established for less than a year) for the first year only
